Grand River Unitarian Congregation in Kitchener invited Interfaith Grand River (IGR) to lead an interfaith service for the third time in two years in April of 2025. The service was lead by Jay Moore, a member of the Unitarian congregation and the speaker was Dr. Jeff Wilson, a professor or Religious Studies at Renison College (University of Waterloo) and a Buddhist monk who serves Buddhist congregations in Hamilton and Toronto. Jeff is also a member of Grand River Unitarian Congregation. Other religions were represented during the service through readings, rituals and music offered by members of the Baha'i, Jewish, Roman Catholic and Latter-day Saints traditions.
